Craig Everett is a Trawlwoolway man, palawa/pakana from Lutruwita, Tasmania. He is a proud father of 8 and grandfather of 3. Craig has spent his life learning his culture and takes immense pride in passing on cultural knowledge to not just his family, but to all people.

Crayfish – Crayfish is an important cultural food that has been enjoyed by thousands of generations of our ancestors. We have always harvested them sustainably, ensuring bountiful harvests each season.

Dragonfly – dragonflies are important seasonal indicators. They let us know when the weather is warming up, and the fish are getting fat.
